  If your Ecoair Dehumidifier is not collecting water, allow at least 24 hours after initial setup for it to reach the desired dryness. Check and readjust the humidity settings if the set humidity has been reached. Also, verify the room temperature and humidity levels and readjust the humidity setting or increase the room temperature. Clean or replace a dusty air filter. If the room is too hot, ventilate by opening a window or door; if too cold, increase the heat.
