What to do if the red LED flashes on my Ecolab Ecodos-PCB?
    • J
      Jon HenryAug 12, 2025
If the red LED is flashing, it could indicate a low-level detection or that no capsule is inserted. Replace the container or insert a capsule to resolve the issue.

What to do if the red LED is permanently on in inductive mode on my Ecolab Computer Hardware?
    • B
      Brenda HowellAug 17, 2025
If the red LED is permanently on in inductive mode, the measuring probe may not be connected or may be defective, or the max dosage time may be exceeded. Connect the inductive probe, replace it if defective, and check the container/capsule, pump functionality, and solenoid valve/water supply.

      Adam WiseAug 23, 2025
If the LED does not illuminate when power is applied, it could be due to a defective transformer or wiring, or a defective PCB. Check the transformer and wiring, and replace if required. If that's not the case, replace the PCB.

What to do if the pump doesn't work in conductivity mode on my Ecolab Ecodos-PCB Computer Hardware?
    • W
      williamsmirandaSep 4, 2025
If the pump doesn't work or the solenoid valve doesn't open in conductivity mode, it might be due to the measuring probe not being connected to the PCB, or if in 2-wire mode, the DW may be filled with DEMI-water (cond < 100µS/cm). Connect the probe to “1 ... 7” resp. “8 + 9”. If in 2-wire mode, connect a wire link between “3” and “4”. Be aware that metering starts the moment the dosing unit stands live and conductivity < setpoint.
