7 Trouble shooting
Symptom

LED does not illuminate
when power is applied from
the dishwasher
Transformer defective, wiring

Check transformer, wiring and replace if
required
PCB defective

Pump does not work /

Measuring probe not connected

ATTENTION: Metering starts the moment
dosing unit stands live and conductivity <

System in standby mode
Press QUIT button for 2 seconds to return in
operation mode (see also Chapter 4.4)
Red LED flashes
Low level detection
Replace container
No capsule inserted
Insert capsule
Red LED permanent on
(only at inductive mode)
Measuring probe not connected
Connect inductive probe
Measuring probe defective
