If the Ecolab Water Pump Mikro-Master 300 is not operating, first check the power source to the pump. Then, ensure the Internal - OFF - External switch on the pump is in the External position. Also, check for water flow through the system and correct as necessary. Inspect the interconnecting cable between the flow meter and the pump to ensure it is connected properly. Make sure that water flow through the system is more than 1 gpm. Finally, ensure the programmable divider's plastic window is properly installed and tightened.
