INSTALLATION AND OPERATION GUIDELINES FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS ECOSOFT ROBUST MINI,
ROBUST 1500, ROBUST PRO, ROBUST 3000, ROBUST 3000MAX, ROBUST 4000

Start rinsing pre–lters: open a special rinse valve and pass the required volume of water
to the bucket unl there are no carbon nes in rinsewater. 


Install all membranes in membrane housings.

Open feed valve and puried water faucet for 30 minutes to rinse membranes and other
parts of the system. Do not open tank valve at this me. Close the puried water faucet and
check all connecons for leaks.

Insert the post-lter into housing and screw it. For RObustPro system insert special
RObustPro lter and post-lter into the housings and screw them.
Open the water supply and puried water faucet for 5-10 minutes to rinse the carbon lter.

Open tank valve and let the system ll it. Open puried water faucet and discard the rst
tank of puried water. When the tank is drained empty, close the puried water faucet and
let the system rell the tank. The water can be used now.
* Skip steps 4 and 12 if installing a tankless system.
* Skip if using a tankless system.

1. Use calibrated TDS meter to test your tap water and puried water total dissolved solids.
2. Verify proper funconing of feed water solenoid. The system must switch o and stop discharging
concentrate when pressure tank is full* and puried water faucet is closed.
3. Inspect the system carefully for leaks.
4. Make a record of system installaon in maintenance log paragraph 9.
5. *Operaon with the pressure tank. When the tank is full, the pump is switched o and the drain stop.
6. If the operang pressure is higher than 7 bar aer turning on the system, you need to regulate the
bypass on the pump and set the pressure to 6-7 bar as shown in the picture.
Bypass regulaon counterclockwise - pressure decreases, clockwise - pressure increases.
The size of the allen screwdriver is 2.5 mm.

