POST-INSTALLATION
1. Use calibrated TDS meter to test your tap water and purified water total dissolved
solids. Write down the readings in maintenance log.
2. Verify proper functioning of feed water solenoid. The system must switch off and
stop discharging concentrate when pressure tank is full* and purified water faucet is
closed.
3. Inspect the system carefully for leaks.
4. Advise the system’s owner how to operate and maintain the system, refer to this
manual.
5. Make a record of system installation in maintenance log.
6*. When using a pressure tank, note that the tank is full when high pressure switch is
activated, pump switches off, and concentrate stops running to drain. The time to fill
the tank depends on water pressure at the tapping point.
* Skip if using a tankless system.
