  If your DEEBOT6 is not charging, there are several potential causes: * Ensure the Bottom Power Switch on the bottom of DEEBOT6 is turned ON. * Make sure DEEBOT6 has made a connection with the Charging Dock Pins. Manually move the robot if necessary. * Verify the Charging Dock is plugged in and the robot’s Bottom Power Switch is ON. Keep DEEBOT6 on the Charging Dock to ensure it has a full battery. * If the battery is completely discharged, try reactivating it. Place DEEBOT6 on the Charging Dock by hand, remove after charging for 3 minutes, repeat 3 times, then charge normally.
