SERVICE AND DISASSEMBLY STEPS
Check and Replace PCB’s
Description
Tools
Needed
Step 1:
Remove the
Top Cover
Assembly
Disassemble the two screws fixing the Top Cover Assembly on the back
of the unit. Slide the Top Cover backwards to remove.
Phillips Head
Screwdriver
Step 2
:
Remove the
soap drawer
No tools
needed
Step 3
:
Disconnect
drawer sub
assembly
Remove the two screws securing the drawer assembly.
Phillips Head
Screwdriver
Step 4:
Disconnect and
remove the
Control Panel
Subassembly
Remove the 2 (two) screws securing the control panel subassembly.
Phillips Head
Screwdriver
Step 5:
Disconnect the
Control Panel
Subassembly
and the body
Take note of tabs securing control panel subassembly in place
No tools
needed
Step 6:
Remove the
PCB’s from the
control panel
subassembly
Remove the 5 (five) screws securing the PCB’s
Phillips Head
