4.2.5 Restarting the EFOY fuel cell
The Reset function enables you to restart the EFOY fuel cell. The reset can occur either
in the Automatic operating mode or in the Sleep operating mode. For this purpose,
press and hold the button (see S
ECTION 2.2, NUMBER 6) for 5–10 seconds (see SECTION 3.3)
4.2.6 Resetting the EFOY fuel cell to the factory defaults
Using a paper clip, push the button in the opening on the protective cap retainer for 10
seconds (see SECTION 2.2, NUMBER 5).
By resetting the factory defaults, the following settings are reset:
Battery type
Battery capacity
Fuel cartridge configuration
Charge cycle monitor (average duration and the duration of the previous cycle)
Ethernet configuration (manually configured IP, IP mask, gateway address and
DHCP client is enabled)
