Software Release V1.02 for Egro ONE and other items
Due to the improvement of the software for the Egro ONE there are a number of modifications which
we like to inform you about.
1. Egro ONE SW Update
For both types of machine, the Egro ONE Touch and the Egro ONE Keypad a new software version 1.02
with the release date of 24.6.2010 is available.
The following bugs are fixed:
- Counters: brewing cycles, water, lifetime/brewings, lifetime/type, lifetime/products working now
properly.
- A break of 5 seconds between two preselected milk beverages was added to change the cups.
- All the brewing cycles are stopped now if the coffee is missing in a beverage with multiple brewing
cycles (e.g. jugs).
- “Correction Time” setting now works for “Milk on Demand” as well.
- Graphical errors on both displays are fixed:
“Stop” button animation, “water” button function, brewing progress bar, product button blinking
when deleting a queue and fixing of the names of some menu entry.
- Fixed inhibition of water products when W32 is present (steam boiler fill timeout).
- Heating of steam boiler is now disabled when in W32, to avoid the risk of overheating.
- Improved warnings and errors management – now it is possible to read the warnings when the
machine is in “Machine not ready”.
Furthermore the start-up procedure is not entirely stopped when a warning is present but it goes on
by disabling the features involved in the warning.
- The visualization of piston errors was fixed.
- Fixed the machine blocking feature when requested cleanings are not done. It could happen that the
message “Machine blocked” was on-screen but the machine was not blocked.
- Fixed the pistons test in diagnostic menu: the upper piston movement was inverted and the current
position of the pistons showed in the diagnostic menu during the test (touch screen) was not accurate.
- Fixed the graphical calendar in the first start up procedure
- Fixed “Stop” button functionality when warning W07 is present.
- A set of 48 default products, their parameters, icons and positions for the touch screen and the
keyboard was defined.
The following software modifications are made:
- “Milk rinsing” in the cleanings menu is now disabled when the cool box is installed.
- New time limits for 4-Tea products: hot water quantity is now limited to 40s.
- W34 warning time-out is now set to 30 minutes to avoid incorrect show-up.
- A restart of the touch screen is needed if the language is changed: this modification is necessary
because switching between oriental languages causes some graphical font problems.
- New steam boiler filling strategy
- Cash system management: now the “register number” parameter can be selected in the range 0-98.
Every product can be set with a different register number and a different price, multiple products can
have the same register number but they must have also the same price. Prices download is now
requested also when only register number is changed.
