What to do if my EINHELL Battery Charger does not charge up?

If your EINHELL Battery Charger isn't charging, make sure the red clamp is connected to the positive pole and the black clamp to the bodywork. Also, ensure that the charger clamps are not in contact with each other. If the issue persists, the battery may be defective and should be checked and replaced by an expert if needed.
