weight with the parachute is below 70 kg (154 lbs) ballast weight must

Operational limitations
This sailplane must be operated in compliance with the operating limits
as stated in the form of markings, placards and in the PIK-20 E Flight
Manual. All aerobatic maneuvers including spins must be accomplished
in accordance with the PIK-20 E Flight Manual.
