  If you notice any wear or damage to the soft goods (arm cuffs, torso pads, hip pads, and lumbar pad) of your Ekso Bionics Industrial Equipment, such as visible damage, discoloration, deterioration, tearing, fraying, unevenness, or loose threads, or if snaps, straps, and buckles are not working properly, stop using the equipment immediately and contact Ekso Bionics for replacements.

  To clean dirty or sweaty soft goods on your Ekso Bionics Industrial Equipment, wash them in a washing machine using laundry detergent and cold water. Tumble dry on a low-heat cycle. Make sure all Velcro straps are secured before washing. It is recommended to wash and dry the items in a mesh bag.
