12 Bad EEPROM
EEPROM parameters are
corrupted
Reset the power. If problem still exist
replace PCB only when change is
required parameters
13 DC under voltage
DC voltage is lower than
limit
Check if input voltage lower than
limit (198VAC), if not and the
problem persists, replace driver.
If voltage is low, recommend the
customer to fix the power supply
Check driver (13.5.5)
Check DC capacitors (13.5.7)
14 DC over voltage
DC voltage exceeds its
high -
Check if input voltage higher than
limit (253VAC), if not and the
problem persists, replace driver.
If voltage is high, shut off the power
and recommend the customer to fix
the power supply

Check if input voltage lower than
limit (198VAC), if not and the
problem persists, replace driver.
If voltage is low, recommend the
customer to fix the power supply
