Reassembly
- Place the handlebars in the lower bridges.
- Place the top brackets and screws on the handlebar.
- Tighten the bolts of the upper bridges to a torque of 20
Nm.
Before riding the motorbike again, make sure that the
handlebars are securely fastened as this could cause serious falls.
11.7 Dismantle and reassemble the motorbike cover
- Stop the vehicle (9.5),
- Raise the motorbike on a stand (12.1),
- Remove the headlight plate (11.1),
- Remove the front fender (11.6),
- Remove the central cover of the motorbike by
unscrewing 1 screw with an 8mm socket,
- Remove the rear cover with a 4mm Allen key and unscrew the
4 screws simultaneously
