How to set an automatic cycle
1. Open the upper drawer and select Automatic mode
2. Select a food family;
3. Select the category food and the required associated preset;
Each category may have more presets associated with it.
4. Select the required preset and, if required, set the
parameters.
If needed, change the temperature and/or the cooking
control;
Some presets are entirely automatic.
The display shows that no parameters can be set.
Other presets allow to change a few parameters:
• Browning Level
• Cooking Control (time/probe).
• Food status
• Once modified the cycle with the new parameters, it is
possible to save it as a preset;
– Touch the icon to save the preset;
– A pop-up window opens showing the message to overwrite
the preset;
– Touch icon to confirm or icon to save a new preset.
Presets management
• Touch the 3 dots to rename or delete the presets.
• Further actions are available in lower drawer. Open it to:
