• All files associated are selected. Deselect the not needed files
and touch to confirm it.
Regarding the selected files, the oven asks to choose:
– adding them to the actual ones;
– clearing the existing ones and uploading the selected
items;
• If selecting “add“ and a file name is already existing, a popup
window asks how to proceed:
– Rename
– Replace
– Skip
Confirm the selection; the upload starts.
F.12 Plan&Save/Cooking Optimizer mode
This function allows you to optimise a series of consecutive
cookings in order to reduce energy and water consumption of the
transition phases.
1. Select Plan & Save function in the upper drawer;
2. Select an existing list or create a new one;
Creating a new list
a. Touch “+“ to create a new list;
b. Touch a row to select an automatic preset or a
programme;
Selecting an automatic preset
• Select AUTOMATIC: all food types are displayed; expand the
required food type;
• Expand the items associated to find the required preset(s);
• Touch icon to confirm;
The display shows the recap page indicating the quantity of
automatic presets selected.
Selecting a programme
• Touch PROGRAMS: all the available programs are displayed;
• Select the required program(s);
