A pop up message informs that this change cannot be saved.
• Touch icon to delete the item;
To recover the initial list open the lower drawer and touch
(Restore list).
• The list cannot be optimized again. Touch button to start
the execution;
F.13 SkyDuo mode (optional for Skyline)
This option can be activated on demand. It works with a Wi-Fi
connection, installed by an authorized technician and allows you
to connect the oven and a blast chiller.
IMPORTANT
Make sure you have the SkyDuo option activated in
both appliances. Only an authorized technician can
install and activate the SkyDuo option.
1. When the Skyduo icons are green in both appliances
(see figure below), the connection works properly.
2. Select a cooking cycle in the Automatic mode of the oven;
a. Select the food family (for example Meat)
b. Select the type of food (for example Meat loaf)
c. Select cooking parameters;
Select Time or Probe ( for example Time).
d. Start the cycle;
3. The oven has found a similar cycle in the blast chiller;
Select the required cycle (for example X-freeze) and
confirm;
Confirm the synchronization on the blast chiller display;
• A pop-up window opens showing the image of the cycle that
will be done.
NOTE!
If the SkyDuo process starts, any other running
process will be stopped.
• Touching the icon , it is possible to postpone the connection
with the oven.
The pop-up with the request of synchronization will appear
some minutes before the end of the oven cooking cycle.
