Potential failures Possible solution
The appliance makes an un‐
usual noise and vibrates.
Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Refer to "Installation in‐
struction".
Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts are removed. Refer to
"Installation instruction".
Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too small.
The programme duration in‐
creases or decreases during
programme execution.
The SensiCare System is able to adjust the programme duration according to
the type and the laundry load size. Refer to "The SensiCare System load de‐
tection" in "Daily Use" chapter.
The washing results are not
satisfactory.
Increase the detergent quantity or use a different detergent.
Use special products to remove the stubborn stains before you wash the laun‐
dry.
Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
Decrease the laundry load.
Too much foam in the drum
during the washing cycle.
Reduce the quantity of detergent or the number of tablets or single-dose deter‐
gents.
After the washing cycle,
there are some detergent
residues in the dispenser
drawer.
Make sure that the flap is in the correct position (UP for powder detergent -
DOWN for liquid detergent).
Make sure you have used the detergent dispenser according the indications
given in this user manual.
After the check, activate the appliance. The
programme continues from the point of
interruption. If the problem occurs again,
contact the Authorised Service Centre.
The necessary data for the service centre are
on the rating plate.
16. CONSUMPTION VALUES
16.1 Comment
The QR code on the energy label supplied with the appliance provides a web link to the
information related to the performance of the appliance in the EU EPREL database. Keep
the energy label for reference together with the user manual and all other documents
provided with this appliance.
It is also possible to find the same information in EPREL using the link https://
eprel.ec.europa.eu and the model name and product number that you find on the rating
plate of the appliance. Refer to 'Product description' chapter for the position of the rating
plate.
Values and programme duration may differ depending on different conditions (e.g. room
temperature, water temperature and pressure, load size and type of laundry, supply
voltage) and also if you change the default setting of a programme.
