See the Piston Evaluation / Exchange Instructions for the following tests:
Water Flow:
Measure rinsing water ow through piston
(~225 ml ACE/ST ~60 ml UNO/SOLO)
Amp Draw (Friction of movement):
Verify piston Amp draw is in range (0.8 Amps - 2.3 Amps)
Cleaning:
Run a cleaning cycle to sanitize the piston and remove assembly grease
The eld rebuilt
piston must be
tested in the
machine!
