An obstacle or excessive distance between the projector and your iPad or iPhone could be the cause; try removing any obstructions or moving the devices closer. Also, other devices using the same frequency nearby might interfere; keep these devices away from the projector. Another possibility is that another device is using the same IP address; in this case, change the projector's IP address.
