15. DESCRIPTION OF ANOMALIES IN THE MACHINE
15.1. Trouble Shooting
DEFECT CAUSE REMEDY
The machine will not
start.
(Led off)
- F1 fuse blown
- F2 fuse blown
- Discharged battery
- Battery connector
undone/loose
- Control e/o change F1
fuse
- Control e/o Change F2
fuse
- Charge the batteries
- Connect the terminals
The brush will not
function.
- F1 fuse blown
- F2 fuse blown
- R2 relay damaged
- Control e/o change F1
fuse
- Control e/o Change F2
fuse
- Change the R2 relay
IMPORTANT! Only use fuses of the
same make and voltage, as this could
compromise the function of the
machine.
The vacuum will not
function.
- F1 fuse blown
- F2 fuse Blown
- Problem with float
contact
- R1 relay damaged
- Control e/o Change F1
fuse
- Control e/o Change F2
fuse
- Control e/o Change
float
- Change R1 relay
IMPORTANT!!!
If after trouble shooting you still encounter problems, please contact the assitants centre
directly.

F1___________________: 80A. (GENERAL POWER)
F2___________________: 7,5A. (COMAND PANEL)
R1___________________: 24V 40A. (SUCTION MOTOR)
R2___________________: 24V 40A. (BRUSH MOTOR)
Maximum power to the machine:
Suction Motor_______ 200W max.
Brush Motor__________480W max.
