12. MAINTENANCE.
WASH/DRYER Mod. ZLA40 – ZLA40C – ZLA40CB has not been designed
simply as a cleaning machine, but as a collaborator ,that can help the operator in achieving a
better cleaning solution.
And using correctly, only requires periodic maintenance and cleaning, as long as it is not
used differently to what it was created to do.
The machine does not require particular maintenance, just simple cleaning at regular
intervals, this keeps the machine reliable.
IMPORTANT All maintenance must be carried out by experienced personel, And
always with its electrics,(whether,battery or mains) completely isolated.
12.1. Cleaning of the machine
The cleaning of the machine is most important to keep it working efficiently.
To clean the machine you need clean dry cloths,and a compressed air line for less accessible
areas.
12.2. Cleaning the waste tank
The waste tank needs cleaning to avoid the incrustation of solid materials accumilating
inside the tank. Proceed as shown in the paragraph “ Waste tank”
12.3. Cleaning of the dryer
The dryer needs cleaning to avoid the incrustation of solids accumilating on the rubber, and
always obtaining an ideal dry. Proceed as follows:
1. Undo the suction tube from the dryer.
2. Loosen the two screws from the dryer support.
3. Carefully clean the inside of the dryer.
4. Carefully clean the dryers rubber.
5. Re-assemble.
12.4. Replacing the dryers rubber.
The dryers rubber has a fundamental job in the work of the machine. With its grip on the
floor it guarantees the perfect clean and suction of liquid. Proceed as shown in the photo:
1. Repeat points 1 to 3 in the preceeding paragraphs.
2. Loosen the fixing wing nuts from the front and back rubber.
3. Take the rubbers off
4. Replace the rubbers with the same types.
