6. Error codes
In the event of a system failure, an error code will appear on the display:
This warranty is effective from the date of
purchase. This warranty is only valid for
normal use of the bike (see section 1.2 of this
manual).
The frames and all components mounted
on our bikes are guaranteed against
manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years
from the date of purchase. The warranty
does not cover competition riding under any
circumstances.
The battery is guaranteed to have a minimum
residual capacity of 70% after 2 years or 500
full charge cycles.
The nishes are guaranteed against
manufacturing defects for a period of one year
from the date of purchase.

Depending on these elements and a possible
additional analysis of the bike or the
components by our technical services, the
after-sales service will decide whether or not
to take charge of the problem under warranty.
The guarantee applies only :
• On bicycles purchased on our website.
• To the rst owner of the bicycle (the
warranty does not transfer to subsequent
purchasers in case of resale).
• During normal use of the bicycle.
The guarantee does not apply:
• In the event of a major modication to the
bicycle without prior written permission
from Elwing.
• In case of impact of external elements or
agents (natural disaster, re, humidity).
• If used in a manner that does not comply
with technical and safety standards.
• The warranty does not apply to wearing
parts.
The terms of this warranty shall only apply if
the bicycle is purchased in the European Union
and remains there. No seller or distributor may
modify the terms of this warranty.
1. Repair and maintenance
In case of mechanical problems, please contact
our partners directly: CYCLOFIX (touring bike
repairer) or trouver-un- réparateur.fr.

In the event that our service provider is not
present in your city, most bicycle garages
will be able to perform the most basic repairs
as our components are standard. If you are
refused a repair, please contact our support
team at the following address:

2. 14-day cooling-off period
Our products are subject to a 14 day cooling
off period, so you can return your bike if you
are not happy with its use.
Please keep the original carton for this
purpose. The warranty does not cover
transport damage.
