Enter Binding Mode on the Flight Controller:
Power on the Tinyhawk III Plus Freestyle.
Press and hold the bind button on the flight controller until the blue LED
starts flashing and then becomes solid. This indicates the binding mode is active.
Enter Binding Mode on the E8 Transmitter (ELRS-2.4G):
Turn on the E8 Transmitter (ELRS-2.4G).
Simultaneously press and hold the "L4+" and "R3-" buttons for about 1
second.
The central LED on the transmitter will alternate between green and red
flashing, indicating it's in binding mode.
Binding Confirmation:
Observe the blue LED on the Tinyhawk III Plus Freestyle flight controller. It
will change from solid to flashing.
Simultaneously press the "L4+" and "R3-" buttons on the E8 Transmitter
(ELRS-2.4G) again.
The blue LED on the Tinyhawk III Plus Freestyle flight controller will go from
flashing back to solid, confirming the successful binding.
Exit Binding Mode:
Disconnect the battery from the Tinyhawk III Plus Freestyle to power it off
and exit binding mode.
Note: You don't need to repeat the binding process between the
transmitter and receiver unless you change either of the devices.
Alternative Binding Method for Tinyhawk III Plus Freestyle:
You can use the Betaflight Configurator CLI command to put the receiver
into binding mode. In the CLI tab, type the command bind_rx and press Enter.
The receiver will enter binding mode.
