8. Remove and discard the four rubber shipping
retainers securing the motor hub in the motor
housing assembly (Figure 6).
9. Position one blade medallion onto the blade.
Place the blade flange to the other side of the
blade to secure the medallion and blade to the
flange. Mount the medallion, fan blade, and blade
flange using the three #10-32 x 12.3mm washer
head blade screws (Figure 7).
10. Slide the blade assembly into the housing slot.
Attach the blade assembly using two 1/4” x 1/2”
round head lock tie flange screws. Attach the
remaining four blades (Figure 8).
NOTE: Take care not to scratch fan housing when
installing blades.
