• Séchez et remplissez la chambre à poudre

TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom / Solutions
Water comes into the powder chamber or leaks from the cap
• Check the dental unit connection
• Check the state of the o-rings of the turbine connection
•
Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder
chamber must be empty)
•
• Send the unit to an approved EMS repair center
• Cut immediately the air input by releasing the foot pedal
• Wait for 1-2 minutes for the system to decompress
• Disconnect the unit from the dental unit
• Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
• if no air comes out of the turbine connector, it is your dental
unit that causes the problem
• If air comes out, it is the device that causes the problem
• Unscrew the cap above the wash-hand basin, because the
can indeed remain under pressure
• Empty the powder chamber and screw the cap back on
•
Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder
chamber must be empty)
• Connect the handpiece to the unit
• Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
•
If air comes through the handpiece connector, the handpiece
is blocked. Clean the handpiece
•
If no air comes out of the handpiece connector, the unit is
blocked
• Send the unit to an approved EMS repair center
Air and/or powder is leaking from the threads of the cap
•
Check the seal and the cleanliness of the thread on the powder
chamber and on the cap
• Replace the seal or the cap if necessary
•
Water leakage between the nose connection and handpiece
•
Check the O-rings on the nose connection of the device,
replace them if necessary
• Change the handpiece
•
• Check the amount of powder in your device
• Check the air pressure of the dental unit
•
Remove the residual powder in the channels of the handpiece
with the EasyClean
• Send the unit to an approved EMS repair center
If the handpiece falls
• Check the state of the nozzle
• Replace the handpiece
Air is leaking between the handpiece and the unit
• Clean the handpiece
• Replace the seal of the handpiece connector
• Send the complete unit to an approved EMS repair center
Air and/or water is leaking from the connector of the cord
• Check the connector of the cord, if it is necessary, carry out
maintenance following the information of the manufacturer
