  If your EMX Accessories don't activate the gate, begin by inspecting the wires and connections for any signs of damage. If the connections are intact, the relay contacts may be burned or stuck, requiring you to replace the receiver. Local interference can also prevent activation, consult step 7 under Operational Settings. Ensure the device is connected to the correct input terminals, referring to the operator manual for guidance. Lastly, direct sunlight might be affecting the receiver; reposition it slightly higher and tilt it forward to shield it from direct sunlight.

  If your EMX Accessories hold the gate open, first, check the power LEDs and the power source to ensure that the transmitter or receiver is receiving power. If power is not the issue, the transmitter or receiver may not be working and need replacement. Also, verify that the sensitivity isn't set too low and adjust it accordingly.
