Are all of the terminals firmly engaged in their correct slots? Is the coding on
the individual terminals correct?

Are the mounted cables strain relieved? -
Are the power supply and signal cables correctly connected? See wiring diagram on the housing
Are all screw terminals firmly tightened? -
