Why Energic Plus TST-D is not charging and display is off?

The Energic Plus Battery Charger might not be reacting because the battery is not connected properly; check the battery connectors/harness. It could also be due to the charger being connected to the forklift motor connector; disconnect the forklift motor and connect the battery. Other potential causes include a blown output fuse (replace it and adjust AC input settings), reversed output cables (check charger, connectors, and battery polarities), a bad control board connection (check board connectors), or a faulty control board (replace it).
