If no features of the Enso Indoor Furnishing base activate, it could be due to a defective surge protector or electrical outlet. Ensure all wired connections are secured below the bed base. Unplug the power cord, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in to reset the electric components. Test the outlet by plugging in another working appliance.
