TS1-FS7/SS1 along with TS1-FS11/SS3 can also be used for a set of
initiations configured for anti tie down. When programmed via the
EXTENDED FUNCTIONS [SS] ANTI-TIE DOWN [02]
TS1-FS7/SS1 and TS1-FS11/SS3 become inputs for ANTI-TIE
DOWN. Use single pole normally open switches connected from
TS1-FS7/SS1 to GND and TS1-FS11/SS3 to GND. See section 7.5.
TS1-FS11/SS3
Used to connect one side of the third Single Stage Pilot for TRIPLE
SCHEDULE operation. Connect a Single Stage Pilot between
TS1-FS11 and TS1-GND terminals. Use a single pole, normally open,
momentary type switch.
When initiated via TS1-FS11/SS3 the weld control will begin from
SCHEDULE 20.
Terminal TS1-FS11/SS3 can also function as an External Schedule
Select. Terminals TS1-FS11/SS3 and TS1-FS7/SS1 become External
Schedule Selects when programed via the EXTENDED FUNCTIONS
[SS], EXTERNAL [01]. Use a single pole normally open switch
connected to TS1-FS11/SS3 as shown by the sketch in section 7.5. This
switch can now be used, along with TS1-FS7/SS1 as pointers to one of
4 schedules. TS1-FS3 is used to then initiate the schedule pointed to.

For the control to operate in the EXTERNAL SCHEDULE SELECT
MODE the control must be programmed via use of the EXTENDED
FUNCTIONS. The control is factory configured for TRIPLE
SCHEDULE operation. See section 12.2.
TS1-FS11/SS3 terminal along with TS1-FS7/SS1 can also be used for
a set of initiations configured for ANTI-TIE DOWN. When
programmed via the EXTENDED FUNCTIONS [SS] ANTI-TIE
DOWN [02] this terminal and TS1-FS7/SS1 become inputs for
ANTI-TIE DOWN. Use a single pole normally open switch connected
from TS1-FS11/SS3 to GND.
TS1-PS1
Used to connect one side of a Pressure Switch. When used, remove
jumper between TS1-PS1 and TS1-GND terminals and use normally
open Pressure Switch contacts.
