The EN1000 Series controls extend their versatility and cost effectiveness through use of
EXTENDED FUNCTIONS. The EXTENDED FUNCTIONS are intended to give more
versatility to the advanced applications without encumbering casual applications. Most of
the default (factory shipped mode) settings of the EXTENDED FUNCTIONS are set for the
more common uses and may need to be programmed before EXTENDED FUNCTIONS are
used.
To enter or change the EXTENDED FUNCTIONS, the Function indicator is advanced past
the SLOPE COUNT (18). All FUNCTION indicator LEDs (7-11 & 13-18) will be out and
the DATA Display (4) will display [EF]. This indicates that the control is in the
EXTENDED FUNCTION mode and the EXTENDED FUNCTIONS can now be altered or
viewed. If the Function indicator is advanced one more time, the SQUEEZE Function LED
will light and the DATA Display (4) will again show data.
In the EXTENDED FUNCTION mode, the SCHEDULE Push Buttons (20 & 21) are used
to page through all available EXTENDED FUNCTIONS, one at a time, either up or down,
by using SCHEDULE (21) to move up and SCHEDULE (20) to move down.
When a desired parameter is indicated by the SCHEDULE Display (22), the DATA Display
(4) will display the previously programmed status of that selection.
The extended functions listed below are available and will be described in the sections to
