  Avoid high flow rates from bathtubs, utility sinks, hose bibs, multi-headed showers, body sprayers, or anything considered high flow for the first 72 hours after installation. If you suspect a carbon blockage of the top basket due to a high-flow situation within the first 72 hours, turn off any running water for at least 10 minutes to clear the blockage, then resume using water at low or normal flow rates.

  It is recommended to replace the Sediment Filter every 6-9 months, depending on the amount of sediment in your water supply. If your system has been working properly and the pressure is slowing, check the Sediment Filter and replace it if necessary.

Why is the pressure dropping off during the carbon wash of my Enviro PRO-CS-1344 Water Dispenser?

  The pressure may drop off during the carbon wash because there is air trapped in the carbon bed. To resolve this, turn the water off and let the tank sit for about 30 minutes to allow the carbon to settle. If the pressure drops again, let the system stand for 72 hours. After 72 hours, continue the carbon wash by slowly turning the water supply back on.

  You may need to tighten the head of the tank. Turn the head to tighten it, ensuring it is snug but not overtightened. The tank head is pre-installed hand-tight, so avoid overtightening.
