What to do if Epiroc EC 40T hydraulic breaker does not start?

If your Epiroc Industrial Equipment hydraulic breaker doesn't start, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the pressure and tank lines aren't swapped and are correctly connected. Next, check that the shut-off valve in the pressure and/or tank line is open. Also, verify that the gas pressure in the piston accumulator isn't too high, and adjust if necessary. Check that the oil level in the tank is adequate and top up if low. Inspect couplings for defects and replace any faulty ones. Examine the electrical system for faults and correct them. If the magnet on the switch-on valve is damaged, replace it. Ensure the operating pressure isn't too low by checking the carrier engine speed, pump delivery, and pressure relief valve, adjusting settings or replacing parts as needed. Finally, c...
