Prior to the start, the program is printed (see page 46) and during the program sequence, all temperatures
and times are printed in a protocol.

Initial Blocktemp – Block temperature at start

Finish Time – Estimated time for end of program
Count – Count of program steps
Cycle – Count of cycles
