g Tear Off (SetU) button
❏ Feeds continuous paper forward to the tear-off
position.
❏ When the printer enters the SelecType mode and
default setting mode, the button works as the SetU
button. You can press the SetU button to select the
previous value of a setting item. See “Changing the
printer’s settings” on page 101 for details.
Tear Off light
On when the paper is in the tear-off position.
hMenu
When you press the Tear Off and Top of Form buttons at
the same time, the printer enters or exits the SelecType
mode and you can set the various printer settings. See
“Changing the settings in the SelecType mode” on page
101 for details.
iTop of Form (SetD) button
❏ Enters the top-of-form position mode and sets the
new top-of-form position after it has been adjusted
with the Micro Feed buttons.
❏ When the printer enters the SelecType mode and
default setting mode, the button works as the SetD
button. You can press the SetD button to select the
next value of a setting item. See “Changing the
printer’s settings” on page 101 for details.
Top of Form light
On when the printer is in the top-of-form and tear-off
modes.
