You see a screen like this:
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to clean the paper guide.
6. Repeat these steps as necessary until the paper comes out clean.
If the paper is still smeared with ink, follow the next steps.
7. Turn off the product.
8. Unplug the power cord, and then disconnect it from the product.
9. Disconnect any connected cables.
