When to Perform Various Maintenance Operations
Cleaning Locations and Cleaning Timing
If the printer continues to be used without being cleaned, nozzles clog or ink drops may occur.
* Right print head only in SC-S40600 Series.
When to perform Component to be cleaned
Before starting work every day A Platen heater and media edge plates

At least once a month B Around the Print Head
C Caps
D Flushing pad (when dirty)

quality will decline.
