Installing Paper Roll
A. Open the printer cover by pressing the cover open button on right top of printer.
B. Remove any unused paper or empty paper cores. Insert a new roll of paper as shown below.
C. When installing a roll of paper – cleanly cut off at least 12 inches of paper. This prevents
adhesive from the paper getting into the printer mechanism.
D. Pull out enough paper to extend past the front of the printer, close the cover and tear off paper
as shown below.
E. Use good quality paper. To confirm that it’s thermal paper, scratch the paper on the sensitive
side with your fingernail. A dark line will appear if it is thermal paper.

5. Removing Jammed Paper
A. Turn the printer off and press the cover open button.
B. Remove any jammed paper, close cover.
C. If paper is caught in the cutter, and the printer cover will not open, you will need to slide the
cutter cover open.
D. Turn the cutter knob until you see a triangle in the window opening. This will return cutter to
normal position.
