We warrant to the original purchaser that its frame set, including
the motors, are free from defects in design, material and workman-
ship. The warranty is applicable 10 years for the frame and 5 years
for electrical components. We oer extended warranties for
additional charges, please contact us at info@ergonos.com for
more information.
The warranties are subject to the
limitations below:
1. Defaults caused by inadequate installation and/or use
2. All products that were modied or repaired by the user or a
third party other than ergonos.
3. Normal use.
Please note that the warranty is only applicable to the original
purchaser, it is not transferable.
What happens if any parts defect while the
warranty is still applicable?
If you have an ergonos desk that defects during the warranty
period, send us an email at info@ergonos.com explaining what
happened. Depending on the issue, we may be able to x it with you
over the phone. If not, we will replace parts or the entire frame.
