INSTALLATION
GENERAL This chapter describes the battery (how to connect and charge)
and how to connect the clip to the back of your portable.
CONNECTING THE
BATTERY Your portable is supplied with a high capacity nickel metal
hydride (NiMH) battery.
Note: An alarm sounds when there is less than 15 minutes
calling time left in the battery.
Attach the battery to the portable as shown in the
figure below
Note: Because the status of a newly received battery is
uncertain, always charge it to ensure that you have sufficient
talk and standby time.
