Message” on page 53. The message is saved in the list of templates.
4. If you do not want to send the message now, press
NO. The message is
saved as a template for later use.
To send a template
1. Scroll to

2. Select the template you want to send.
You may edit the message before sending it. See “Sending a New Text
Message” on page 53.
3. When you have completed the message, press
YES.
4. Enter the recipient’s phone number.
5. Press
YES to send the template.
To delete a template
1. Scroll to
Messages
, YES,
Templates
, YES.
2. Select the message you want to delete and then press
C.
The message

appears in the display.
3. Press
YES to delete the message.
When you receive a message, you hear a sound, the indicator light on the top
of the phone rapidly flashes green and the message
New message Read now?
appears in the display.
To read the message now
1. Press
YES when you see the question
New message Read now?
.
The display shows when the message was received and from what number
it was sent, if your network supports the Calling Line Identification service
(CLI). If you have saved the number together with a name in the phone
book, the name is shown instead.
2. Scroll through the message using the arrow keys.
rtakes you forward and
ltakes you backwards through the message. An arrow at the bottom right
corner of the display indicates that there is more text in the message.
3. At the end of the message, when the arrow in the display disappears, press
YES. A new menu with different options appears:
