Calendar
The Calendar makes it possible for you to keep track of important phone
calls that you need to make or meetings that you need to attend. You can also
have the phone remind you before an appointment. In this way, you can be
sure that you don’t miss anything important, no matter where you are.
You can store three different appointments in your Calendar:
• Meetings, including date and time, duration, subject, location and a
reminder.
• Phone calls, including date and time, duration, what phone number to call,
subject and a reminder.
• General reminders including date, time and subject.
To add a meeting or phone call
1. Scroll to
Extras , YES, Calendar , YES, Add new , YES.
2. Select either
Meeting or Phone call and press YES.
3. Enter the
Start date: and press YES.
4. Enter the
Start time: and press YES.
5. Use
u to select the Duration time for the meeting. Press YES.
You can also select
Other and enter the end date and time.
If you are adding a phone call reminder, enter the
Number you should call or
recall a number from the phone book by pressing
l.PressYES.
6. Enter the
Subject: and press YES.
If it is a meeting, enter the
Location .
7. Use
u to select when to get a Reminder about the meeting. Press YES.
When the reminder has been stored, the display shows
New entry added .
To add a new general reminder
1. Scroll to
Extras , YES, Calendar , YES, Add new , YES.
2. Select
Reminder andthenpressYES.
3. Enter the
Start date: and press YES.
4. Enter the
Start time: and press YES.
5. Enter the
Subject: and press YES.
When the reminder has been stored, the display shows
New entry added .
Adding a Meeting or Phone Call
Adding a General Reminder
