Tone controls
You can separately adjust the levels of low (BASS), medium (MIDDLE)
and high (TREBLE) frequencies.
The o at the center marks the unadjusted level.
o These adjustments have no effect when TONE BYPASS is on.
Before adjusting them, press the TONE BYPASS button so that
“TONE” appears at the top of the display.
Tone bypass
When TONE BYPASS is on, audio signals do not pass through the tone
circuit before amplification.
When TONE BYPASS is off, “TONE” appears at the top of the display.
Setting the cartridge type
Set the cartridge type being used by the record player connected to
the PHONO connectors.
Turn the INPUT knob to set the input source to PHONO before press-
ing the PHONO MM/MC button to change the setting.
