CAUTION
HOT WATER！ Be careful of hot water drainage from the humidifying
tray shortly after operation.
Aright after the operation, it may get burned by exhaust hot water.

A socket for draining when performing
temperature operation or cleaning the

Humidifying tray drain hose
I.D. 8 mm hose with plug. (SH only)
Drain pipe
Drains water accumulated in the test area or
from the dew tray.
* Equipped at the bottom of the machinery
compartment on the SU.
