9. Supplying water (SH only)
To fill the water supply tank
The water for the humidifying tray is supplied from this water supply tank.
CAUTION
Before filling the water supply tank or cleaning the chamber, close
the door and keep it closed during such maintenance work.
If left open, the door may be hit by the worker on the head or lower back
during work and result in injuries.

Use pure water of conductivity between 0.1 to 10
S/cm.
Using water with lots of impurities such as tap water, will shorten life time of
the humidifying heater and wet-bulb wick.
Do not use ultra-pure water.
Ultra-pure water is a strong solvent and can deform water circuit parts.
Do not run the chamber with the water supply tank drawer open.
This can destabilize temperature and humidity control.
< Procedure >
1) Open the water circuit compartment.
2) Pull out the water tank.
3) Detach the cap from the water tank and supply deionized water up to upper
limit water level.
The tank can hold approximately 5L.
