7. Power supply work
Primary power supply requirements
Notice
Always take care to comply with your national regulations for power supply
installations. If a drainage pit is not located near the chamber, drain in a container.
External power supply cables shall be of approved type and in compliance
with IEC/EN60227 or IEC/EN60245 or any other applicable national regulation.
Prepare the power supply and power cable satisfying the following requirements.
Note
The following table shows the supply voltage ranges for power supply voltage fluctuation
that the chamber can operate in, but keep the range within ±5% as much as possible.
