After preparing the primary supply (see above), connect the chamber’s power
cable to the power supply.
For electrical outlet with ground
The chamber is grounded through the power cable when plugged into the
electrical outlet, so separate grounding work is not needed.
220 and 230V AC supplies have a cable with the below plug. Prepare an outlet
on the primary power system to match this plug.
For 100V AC (SH/SU-222,242 only)
