Issue Possible Solutions
The fridge will not turn on.
The fridge performs poorly.
The cigarette lighter socket fuse in vehicle is
defective and must be replaced.
The cigarette lighter socket in vehicle must be
cleaned or the plug has not been assembled
correctly.
There is no voltage present in the 12V/24V
cigarette lighter socket in your vehicle.
The ignition must be switched ON in most
vehicles to apply current to the cigarette
lighter socket
Too much food has been put inside the unit
Ambient temperature is very high
There is poor ventilation around the fridge
Ensure power source has sufficient voltage
Ensure lid is closed properly
Temperature is not set correctly
No voltage present in the AC voltage socket.
Try using another plug socket
The 110V-240V AC adaptor is defective.This
can be replaced by contacting after
Temp.of the food put inside the fridge is
too high
The temperature has been set too low,
therefore increase the temperature setting.
All contents of the fridge are
frozen.
There is a sound of liquid flowing
inside the unit.
The fridge does not work, and the
display does not light up.
The fridge does not work and the
display does not light up when
operating from a 12V/24V cigarette
lighter with the ignition switch
turned on.
Check the power source (voltage may be too low).
Check the power cable and all connections from
the power source to the fridge.
This is a normal sound caused by the flow of
refrigerant.
Check that the unit is switched on. Press the
power button to turn on the unit.
Overheating may lead to an automatic shutdown
of the machine. Please wait for a few hours and
then power on again to see if normal function is
restored.
